Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Compensation and Benefits

• $27.00-$29.00/hr (based on experience).
• Additional shift differentials and clinical premiums for experience available.

Schedule

• Part Time Night.
• Rotating Weekends and Holidays.
