Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
• One year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Pay

$32.00 - $37.00 / hour (based upon experience) plus additional shift differentials.

Schedule

Part-time, evening shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays.
