Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)-Per Diem Shifts

About the role

Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for per diem shift work in private duty home care, facility/nursing home shifts, and private hospital bedsides across the NYC Metro Area, with a focus on Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Primary responsibilities include medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers such as OT, PT, and hospice.

Requirements

• New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• One of the following certifications: BLS, CPR, PALS, and/or ACLS

Pay

Shift work is paid between $45-$50/hour.
