Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Per Diem | All Shifts Available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed providers
• Take vitals, administer injections, and assist with clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient documentation
• Support day-to-day clinical operations and patient flow

Requirements

• Active New York State LPN license
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Prior clinical experience preferred
