About the role
Seeking a flexible Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role to provide patient care across various hospital departments, including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, and Medical-Surgical units. Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and coordinating care with other departments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduated from an accredited practical nursing program with valid licensure
- Recent bedside LPN experience: at least 1 year for Med Surg; 2 years for other specialties
- Certifications: BLS required; ACLS/PALS for critical care and ED; IV certification
Skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand, walk, reach, bend, kneel, and twist
- Experience with Epic software preferred
Schedule
Flexibility to choose day or night shifts, with no weekend or holiday requirements.
