Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Home Health / PDN
Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Louisville, KY, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Assignments may include pediatric or adult patients.
About the Role
Shifts typically range from 8 to 12 hours, depending on patient needs. Pay is based on relevant experience and shift type (e.g., day, evening, night).
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state of practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year of prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Pay
$30 - $38 per hour with weekly paychecks.
