Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Provide high-quality, one-on-one therapy to geriatric patients in their homes.
• Care Plans: Implement and follow treatment plans established by the supervising RN.
• Timely Documentation: Chart patient progress and treatment responses accurately and efficiently.
• RN Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate patient status regularly with the supervising RN.

Requirements

• Licence: Active Florida Registered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Certification: Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Transportation: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Kinnser/WellSky experience is a major plus!
