About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Twin County Family Care Clinic, you will provide quality care to patients and perform functions delegated by the center’s head nurse. You will follow HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy, maintain accurate records of appointments, orders, reports, films, and requisitions, and demonstrate excellent customer service consistent with the organization’s Vision, Mission, and Values.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients as assigned by the head nurse.
• Follow HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality.
• Maintain record keeping of appointments, orders, reports, films, and requisitions.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service through attitude and actions aligned with organizational standards.

Requirements

• Active Virginia LPN license (single‑state) or compact license; if relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence before employment begins.
• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion of orientation if hired within 30 days.

Pay

Hourly range: $19.03 – $24.40
