Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Family Practice Clinic

About the role

Join our team in the Millard-Henry Family Practice Clinic where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Nurses. You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.

Responsibilities

• Will work rooming patients and conducting intakes
• Will assist providers with in-clinic procedures
• Will answer phones
• Will provide patient results
• Will work to support the clinic's patients throughout their time in the clinic

Requirements

• Current state LPN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license
• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school
