Responsibilities

• Provides quality care to customers and performs those functions delegated and assigned by the center's head nurse
• Is familiar with and follows HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality
• Maintains record keeping of appointments, orders, reports, films, and requisitions
• Demonstrates excellent customer service through attitude and actions, consistent with the standards contained in the Vision, Mission, and Values of the organization

Requirements

• Active Virginia LPN license (single-state) or compact license. If relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence (PSOR) before employment begins
• Graduation from a school of nursing in practical nursing required
• BLS required within 30 days of hire, or prior to completion of orientation if 30 days before hire

Pay

Hourly Range: $19.03 - $24.40
