About the role

Provides patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse in a home health setting.

Functions as a resource to other staff members and supports team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients' care plans
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Document patient progress and observations accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Supports team collaboration and functions as a resource to other staff members

Requirements

• Current Arkansas LPN license
• At least one year of clinical experience (no new graduates)

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification

Schedule

Scheduled for weekend shifts only, working 48 hours bi-weekly.
