Role Overview Provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Physician, including data collection, patient monitoring, and family education. Performs licensed patient care functions and maintains accurate, confidential medical records. Key Responsibilities Deliver patient-centered care based on individualized plans, addressing physical, emotional, cultural, spiritual, and psychosocial needs.Monitor and document vital signs, drains, dressings, lab results, and patient responses.Communicate patient status, observations, and changes to healthcare team.Administer medications and document their administration per policy.Orient patients and families to routines and use of equipment.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Completion of an approved LPN program recognized by the State Board of Nursing.At least one year of LPN experience or equivalent training, such as residency programs or LPN-to-RN transition programs.Current LPN licensure recognized by NCSBN Compact or the state of practice. Additional Info This is a non-management role reporting to a supervisor or manager.Work involves night shifts at a medical telemetry unit.
