About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a team-oriented, family-friendly facility.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care such as treatments, wound care, and medication administration in line with physician orders and scope of practice
- Supervise and support CNAs/CMAs, delegating tasks appropriately, and ensuring care completion
- Monitor resident conditions, conduct assessments, and report significant changes
- Participate in care planning, documentation, and resident/family education
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Foster a positive, team-focused environment centered on resident satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Leadership ability to mentor team members in a fast-paced setting
