Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full Time Night Shift

About the role

Provide direct nursing care, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Aides (CMAs), and ensure high-quality resident care in a long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

• Administer treatments, medications, and wound care per physician orders
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff, ensuring completion of care
• Monitor resident conditions, perform assessments, and report changes
• Participate in care planning, documentation, and resident/family education
• Maintain accurate records, promote infection control, safety, and compliance
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current, unencumbered LPN license in Tennessee

Qualifications

• Preferred: Long-term care or skilled nursing experience
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Leadership ability to mentor team members in a fast-paced environment
