CorrectHealth has an exciting full-time Night shift opportunity to join our growing team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Carrollton, GA. Additional $5/hr differential for all hours worked.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the clinical aspects of the patient care with all members of the healthcare team and law enforcement
• Performs duties under the supervision of the RN, HSA, Mid Level Provider, Physician, or the administrative supervision of the HSC
• Possesses knowledge and ability to provide quality care as well as respond to needs within the correctional environment
• Maintains standard and ethics of nursing in accordance with applicable State Board of Nursing and other accrediting agencies

Qualifications

• Graduate from a national or state approved school of nursing program
• Holds and maintains a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of employment
• American Heart Association BLS certified
• Corrections experience a plus
