About the role

A.G. Rhodes is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our compassionate team in Cobb County. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Assess patients' needs and document observations accurately.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills.

Requirements

  • Current LPN license in good standing.
  • Georgia or Multistate LPN license.
  • One year experience in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred but willing to train new grads.
  • Experience working in a Person Directed Care community preferred.
  • Memory Care experience a plus.
  • CPR/BLS First Aid Certification.

Qualifications

  • Genuine passion for working with elders.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and foster teamwork with fellow LPN and CNA care partners.
  • Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with PointClickCare preferred).
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

Pay

30-34 Hourly Wage

Schedule

All full-time and part-time positions require every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday). PRN positions require at least two shifts per month.
