Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional clinical care and service to residents in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Model Watermark’s culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident well-being and engagement

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse License
• Complete knowledge of state and federal regulations governing senior care
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and electronic documentation systems

Schedule

• Every Wednesday & Thursday: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Every Friday & Saturday: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Full-time position
