Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team, providing quality nursing care to patients to promote their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. As an LPN, you will monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assign duties, and provide clinical supervision to CNAs. Your responsibilities include delivering competent care in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards, while demonstrating excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
