Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team and provide high-quality patient care. As an essential team member, you will deliver nursing services aimed at maintaining or improving patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all laws and standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assigning duties, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited LPN program Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) with current certification maintained Skills & Abilities Ability to make independent decisions when necessary Competent in delivering quality nursing care Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients This role offers a shift differential of $5.00/hour and an hire-on bonus.
