Your Role in Our Mission
- Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
- Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
- Conduct nursing assessments
- Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
- Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive rate: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour for this full time, non-exempt position
- Sign-on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year!

What We’re Looking For
- Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
- Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
- Skills: Strong communication and documentation
- Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
- Transportation: A valid driver’s license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
