Your Role in Our Mission

  • Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs
  • Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols
  • Conduct nursing assessments
  • Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health
  • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person-centered care
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations
  • Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive rate: $26.00 – $31.00 per hour for this full time, non-exempt position
  • Sign-on and retention bonus is paid out upon successful completion of 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year!

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensure: Current valid, unrestricted licensed as a Practical Nurse in state of Virginia
  • Knowledge: MH and I/DD systems of care preferred
  • Skills: Strong communication and documentation
  • Experience: Crisis prevention and intervention services preferred
  • Transportation: A valid driver’s license and car insurance for occasional transportation to appointments
