Pay
- Base rate: $26–$32/hour
- $5 shift differential
- $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time 3p–11p shift
- Daily Pay Option: Access your pay when you need it
- Referral bonus: Earn up to $1,000 for referring a CNA or LPN

Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
