About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, high-quality care in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Support unit leadership
- Respond to resident and family needs within scope of practice
- Utilize nursing judgment to prioritize care
- Administer treatments and medications
- Monitor residents' responses
- Collaborate with the care team to update care plans
- Document vital signs and incidents
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- Current LPN license in good standing
- Dedicated to delivering clinically sound and compassionate care
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
