Role Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. The LPN will monitor and report changes in patient conditions, assign duties, and offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all laws, regulations, and standards. The role involves direct patient contact, providing compassionate care, and supporting patient recovery and comfort. Qualifications & Skills Graduate from an accredited LPN programActive LPN/LVN license in the applicable statePreferably with at least one year of skilled nursing experienceCPR certification required, obtained upon hire or during orientation, and kept current Key Abilities: Ability to make independent decisions, deliver competent nursing care, and demonstrate excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
