Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive the medication and care they need as directed by their individual care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments.
• Act as a team leader and advocate for residents.
• Ensure residents are comfortable and safe.

Requirements

• A minimum of an unencumbered State of Illinois LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience is preferable but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
