Responsibilities
- Collect admission information from new residents

- Administer medications and injections
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
- Supervise CNAs if required
- Assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing
- Monitor residents' food and liquid intake/output
Qualifications
- Valid LPN license in the state
- Good standing with the State Registry
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Pay
