Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Order medications, medical supplies, and equipment as needed
- Provide wound care and perform nursing treatments and procedures
- Maintain compliance with all facility policies and HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support residents and families with compassionate, person-centered care
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New York
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
