Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

About the role

Betz Nursing Home is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. This position offers full-time and part-time day and evening shift opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning about their life stories.
• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through the utilization of nursing skills.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
• Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.

Requirements

• Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
