About the role
Betz Nursing Home is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. This position offers full-time and part-time day and evening shift opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning about their life stories.
- Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents through the utilization of nursing skills.
- Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
- Work towards a common goal of excellent care for residents.
- Support a respectful and positive work environment through interpersonal communication.
Requirements
- Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
- Proficient medication management skills.
- Able to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
- Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
