Licensed Practical Nurse LPN
About the role
The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse LPN/LVN provides skilled nursing services to patients in a variety of healthcare settings. The Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse LPN/LVN is responsible for working with other healthcare professionals to help treat people with various injuries, illnesses, or disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to healthcare team
- Provide basic patient care such as bathing, feeding, and grooming
- Document patient care activities and progress
Requirements
- Current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses LPN's/LVN's license in the state of practice
- At least one year of experience in the last 3 years
