About the role
Complete Care at Germantown is a vital part of the Germantown community, dedicated to improving lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service. We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications in accordance with care plans
- Perform treatments as ordered by physicians within scope of practice
- Monitor and document resident conditions and changes
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Support the care team and complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Minimum of ONE year as an LPN Required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills required
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Pay
New wages and a $8000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions on 2nd or 3rd shift.
Schedule
Full-time, every other weekend schedule with sign-on bonus.
