Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per care plans and physician orders
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Participate in care planning and ensure resident satisfaction
- Supervise CNAs and ensure quality care standards
- Follow all local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (EMR experience preferred)
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach
Shift: NOC Shift – Part-Time
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (Part-Time)
