Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments with precision, strictly following physician orders and safety protocols.
- Maintain meticulous electronic records of resident care and assessments to ensure 5-star compliance.
- Efficiently transcribe physician orders to MARs/TARs and coordinate directly with the pharmacy for seamless delivery.
- Monitor changes in resident status, acting as a vital link between the resident, the family, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Perform clinical and administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing to support our mission.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Clinical Skill: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-quality environment with a compassionate bedside manner.
