We are seeking a licensed practical nurse for a fast-paced family practice clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Effective communication with patients and healthcare team
- Administering first aid and obtaining vital signs and medical history
- Assessing patient needs and documenting accurately
- Performing procedures such as medication administration, wound care, and lab tests
- Assisting with exams under provider delegation
- Operating medical equipment like EKG, AED, and ultrasound
- Ensuring a safe environment and supporting clinic workflows
- Adhering to safety standards and promoting teamwork
- Maintaining patient confidentiality
Requirements
- Valid LPN license
- BLS certification
- 2-5 years of medical experience
- Strong clinical skills and critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal abilities
Physical requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Lifting up to 35 lbs
