About the Role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assessing residents' physical and emotional needs
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Providing wound care and management
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Missouri
• Ability to work a flexible evening shift schedule, including 12-hour shifts and rotating weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
