About the role
Part-time evening shifts at a 34-bed community, providing quality resident care.
Responsibilities
- Administer and assist with medications
- Support nursing services, train and supervise staff
- Promote resident well-being, dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), environmental orientation, and treatments
- Encourage self-care within state regulations
- Review and update care documentation
- Evaluate health emergencies and follow safety and infection control procedures
- Support resident care plans and ensure safety and hygiene
- Communicate effectively and evaluate health emergencies per scope of practice
Requirements
- Current LPN license in good standing
- New graduates encouraged to apply
