Responsibilities
- Assess residents’ needs.
- Develop and implement individual care plans for patients.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.
- Follow state and Federal rules and regulations governing facility practices.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state.
