About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) serves as an integral member of the healthcare team by establishing authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their chosen support systems while delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. Working collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, registered nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members, the LPN helps provide coordinated care that promotes optimal health, disease prevention, and improved patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to patients.
- Establish authentic, personalized relationships with patients and their support systems.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED, required.
- Graduate of accredited Practical Nursing Program, required.
- One year of relevant experience, preferred.
- Appropriate state LPN license, required.
