About the role

Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, promoting safety, and coordinating care within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Contribute data to assessments
• Develop and evaluate care plans
• Provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies
• Educate patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in decision‑making
• Mentor new staff and students
• Ensure compliance with policies
• Promote positive patient outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Demonstrates strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills
• Experience in a hospital environment is advantageous
