About the Role
Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participate in the assessment of patients and assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attend educational programs and staff orientation to promote professional development. Develop a leadership role within the LPN scope of practice and participate in the Service Excellence Program.
Requirements
- LPN Diploma
- Active NC LPN License or compact state license
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Exposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice
- 5 or more years of experience
Pay
Clinical Ladder Pay Range: $24.69 - $35.99. Final compensation will be based on career ladder placement.
Schedule
0.9 FTE (3) 12-hour shifts per week.
