About the Role

Provide resident-centered bedside care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, supporting both short-term rehab and long-term residents.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor vital signs
• Document care in compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and healing environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life

Collaborations

Work closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs to deliver coordinated care.
