About the Role
Provide resident-centered bedside care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility, supporting both short-term rehab and long-term residents.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor vital signs
- Document care in compliance with care plans and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, respectful, and healing environment that promotes dignity, comfort, and quality of life
Collaborations
Work closely with RNs, therapists, physicians, and CNAs to deliver coordinated care.
