About the role

Assist in providing direct quality patient care under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Participates in the assessment of patients. Assists in developing, implementing and evaluating/revising the plan of care. Attends educational programs and staff orientation which promote professional development. Develops leadership role within the LPN scope of practice. Participates in the Service Excellence Program.

Requirements

• LPN Diploma
• Active NC LPN License or compact state license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Exposure and practice of medication administration from educational preparation and student clinical practice

Pay

• Clinical Ladder Pay Range: $24.69 - $35.99 per hour
• Final compensation based on experience
