Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care, monitor patient conditions, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with healthcare team members. Qualifications: Active LPN license, minimum of 1 year facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical demands.
