About the role
This position is for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working on a per diem basis in the Hampton Roads area. The role involves providing direct patient care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, performing wound care, and educating patients. The LPN will monitor patient conditions, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate care with healthcare team members. Additional duties may be assigned based on facility needs.

Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
