About the role
We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in the Hampton Roads area.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare team members
- Performing additional duties based on facility needs
Qualifications and Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
