Licensed Practical Nurse - Hourly Pay Available

About the role

Provide high-quality nursing care within the LPN scope of practice in various healthcare facilities. Responsible for administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, providing wound care and patient education, and monitoring patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor and report patient status changes
• Collect and document patient data
• Perform wound care and educate patients
• Assist with daily living activities
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other providers
• Perform additional duties based on facility needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation
