About the role
We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. This role offers flexibility and requires dependable, experienced nurses ready to provide quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- providing nursing care within the LPN scope
- administering medications and treatments
- collecting and documenting patient information
- providing wound care and patient education
- monitoring patient conditions
- assisting with activities of daily living
- coordinating care with healthcare teams
- performing additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- active LPN license
- at least 1 year of facility-based experience
- current BLS/CPR certification
- recent PPD
- ability to meet physical requirements
