Licensed Practical Nurse - Hospital - 48 hours per pay period
General Responsibilities
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct care to patients within the scope of practice as outlined in the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act. The Licensed Practical Nurse contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the Chippewa County Montevideo Medical Center and Department of Nursing Service, and meets the requirements of the federal, state and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides care to patients of all ages, as noted in the age-related categories section.
The position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers and others.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current unrestricted Licensed Practical Nursing registration in the State of Minnesota.
- Must complete the registered nurse program and obtain a Minnesota Registered Nurse license within 2 years.
Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nursing experience preferred.

Hourly wage: $25.09 - $35.18
Schedule
Shift: 12 hours shifts (Day/Night)
Days: 0700 to 1930
Nights: 1900 to 0730
