About the Role
A Licensed Practical Nurse who cares for patients who are convalescent, aged, or infirm; or when caring for acutely ill patients in a home environment does so under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- Authorized to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.
- Must have a command of the English language.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures, treatment and techniques, and basic charting procedures.
- CPR certified on an annual basis.
- Qualifications and abilities similar to those personnel providing comparable services in the hospital.
- Must have a functional home telephone.
Qualifications
- Two years of medical-surgical experience preferred.
- May consider school attendance record and performance record.
- Some positions may require additional skills or credentials.
