About the role
Providing in-home nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and adjust care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient conditions
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN licensure
- Valid BLS card
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- One year of professional nursing experience preferred

- Strong assessment, communication, and care coordination abilities
- Focus on therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions
