How You’ll Make an Impact
Executes established client care plan and the physician’s plan of treatment
Patient care and treatment including but not limited to, taking blood pressures reading, wound care, measure of vital signs, collection of blood samples, administration of prescribed medication, in accordance with the providers treatment plan
Reports any changes in the client’s condition to the nursing supervisor and physician; executes and properly documents any new doctor’s orders
Accurately document observations and interventions pertaining to nursing care utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
Compensation & Schedule
Weekly pay starting at $40 per visit

Qualifications for BAYADA LPNs
- A current nursing license in good standing in Arizona
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- One year of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
