About the role

- Manage cases independently, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
- Current Vermont LPN license.
- At least one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Solid computer skills; experience with electronic medical records preferred.
- Ability to travel within assigned cases.
